Our portal&nbsp;contains:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nearly 1,000 reference items with explanations of how to handle common tasks and answers to frequently asked questions, clearly organized by topic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detailed videos that explain, screen-by-screen, how to navigate the software<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A glossary of dental industry terms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A troubleshooting tool to steer you in the right direction in our knowledge base<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To access the Denticon Help Portal, simply log into Denticon and click on Help\/Help Portal. The portal will appear on a new screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Submitting a ticket<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you can\u2019t find the answer&nbsp;to your question in the Denticon Help Portal, or if you are experiencing technical difficulties, submitting a ticket in the Denticon Help Portal is the best way to get help. The ticket should be entered by the person seeking assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>To create a ticket:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log in to Denticon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the Help menu in the upper right corner of the screen, then select Help Portal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Navigate to the upper right hand corner of the Help Portal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click \u201cSubmit a Ticket\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For best results, please include as much as information as possible. No detail is too small.
