The Orange County Business Journal (OCBJ) recently named Planet DDS as one of Orange County\u2019s best workplaces.

For the second consecutive year, Planet DDS, the nation\u2019s leading provider of cloud-based enterprise dental practice management software, was recently named as one of the 2020 Best Places to Work in Orange County<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Orange County Business Journal\u2019s county-wide survey and award program is designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in Orange County, California.<\/p>\n

Hundreds of organizations from across the county entered the two-stage selection process to determine the Best Places to Work in Orange County<\/em><\/strong>. The first stage entailed an evaluation of each employer’s workplace policies and practices, while the second stage consisted of an employee survey to measure employees experience. Planet DDS\u2019 combined scores earned the company a spot on the list. According to the OCBJ, companies that are honored with this distinction are recognized for their best practices in treatment, recruitment, and retention of employees.<\/p>\n
